Zoletil® (tiletamine and zolazepam for injection) is a non-narcotic, non-barbiturate injectable anesthetic designed for use in dogs and cats. This balanced anesthetic combines tiletamine hydrochloride, a dissociative anesthetic, with zolazepam hydrochloride, a minor tranquilizing agent, to provide reliable sedation, muscle relaxation, and anesthesia for short surgical, diagnostic, or handling procedures.

Zoletil 100 mg/mL is supplied sterile in a 5 mL vial. When mixed with the included diluent, it produces a solution containing 50 mg tiletamine base, 50 mg zolazepam base, and 57.7 mg mannitol per milliliter. The solution has a pH of 2–3.5 and is intended for deep intramuscular injection, ensuring smooth induction and recovery when administered under professional supervision.
