Model 75 Waterer Nipple Connector Kit

The Trojan Gravity Flow Model 75 Nipple Connector provides a portable watering solution for barrels, pipes, or stock tanks. Ideal for animals 50 lbs or larger, it supports efficient gravity-based watering systems. Bucket not included.

• Fits into a 7/8” hole in plastic, metal barrels, or PVC pipes
• Sealing ring resists buckling and provides a 360° seal, even when not perpendicular to the barrel
• Locknut allows easy torque application with a wrench

Equipment Needed:

• Container for holding water
• 7/8" drill bit
• Thread sealing tape or pipe dope

Installation Instructions:

1. Drill a 7/8" hole at the desired placement on the container.
2. Separate and install the connector into the hole.
3. Apply thread sealing tape or pipe dope to the nipple threads for a watertight seal.
4. Install the nipple into the connector.

Caution:

• Do not allow the nipple to freeze.
• Do not tighten with a pipe wrench.
